Shipping abroad?
Bring the box open. Customs rules differ by country and we often need to see the contents to complete the declaration correctly — a wrong declaration is the single most common reason a parcel gets held.
Bring photo ID for any international shipment.
Street address vs. PO box
A postal PO box only accepts postal mail. Our private mailboxes give you a real street address with a suite number — so UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon can all deliver to you, and your home address stays off your business cards.
Two forms of ID and a completed USPS Form 1583 are required to open a box.

Pick, pack & ship
Order comes in, we pull it, pack it properly and ship it on our carrier rates — same day if it beats the cutoff.

04 — Packing
Supplies, or
we do it for you.
Buy the materials and pack it yourself, or hand us the item. When we pack it, the packaging becomes our responsibility — which matters if you ever need to file a damage claim.

Double-boxed as standard
Carriers require two inches of cushioning on every side and a box-in-box method before they will honour a damage claim. We do that as standard on anything breakable — not as an upsell.
05 — Printing
Full print shop,
in the same building.
Documents through to custom merchandise — we own the machines, so nothing gets outsourced and nothing gets delayed.
Documents & copies
Color and black-and-white printing, single or double-sided, scanning to email or USB, fax, laminating and binding. Email the file ahead and collect it at the counter.
Signage & vinyl
Banners, yard signs, posters, decals, labels and cut vinyl lettering. Indoor or weather-rated outdoor material.
Custom merchandise
T-shirts, hoodies, ceramic mugs, tumblers and more — one-off gifts or a full run for your team, event or store.
06 — Notary
Notary public,
walk-in.
Real estate documents, legal contracts, wills, parental consent forms, affidavits and jurats. No appointment needed during business hours.
- Bring valid, unexpired government photo ID
- Leave the document unsigned — it must be signed in front of the notary
- All signers must be present together
- We can print the document here if you only have it as a file
