Know your number

Which carrier is it?

If you are not sure who is carrying it, the shape of the tracking number usually tells you.

UPS

1Z + 16 characters

Almost always starts with 1Z.

FedEx

12, 15 or 20 digits

All numbers, no letters.

USPS

20 – 22 digits

Often starts with 94 or 92. International ones end in US.

DHL

10 digits

Short, all numbers. Express shipments may begin with a letter pair.

Common questions

Tracking has not
updated in days.

Scans only happen at handoff points, so a package can move for a day or two without a new scan — especially in transit between states or clearing customs abroad. If nothing has changed for more than five business days, call us with your number and we will chase it with the carrier.

SHIPPED WITH US?

Lost your number?

Call or email with the date you shipped and the destination — we can look up the receipt and resend the tracking number to you.
